The First ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ Reactions Are Glowing, Calling the Film “A Marvel Wet Dream”

After years of anticipation, the wildest dreams of Marvel fans everywhere are finally coming true. Yes, Deadpool & Wolverine is finally here! The film, which sees Hugh Jackman return as Wolverine for the first time in nearly a decade as well as finally seeing him pair up with Ryan Reynold’s Deadpool on the big screen, is unquestionably the most anticipated movie of the year. The film premiered in New York City last night and the first reactions offer the highly anticipated threequel enormously high praise. Check out the first reactions to Deadpool & Wolverine:

Plenty of surprises but with epic action, excessive violence, and relentless humor (most of which landed for me).

And not without heart! The jokes go hard, but almost always feel heavily rooted in the long-lasting love so many have for this franchise/these characters. And even better? That quality of the humor pairs quite well with the arcs they craft for these characters.
