The highly anticipated television adaptation of acclaimed video game The Last of Us is currently filming in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and slowly but surely, we’re learning more about the production and seeing more of the show. Well, One Take News is proud to share some new exclusive photos from the set of the show! Check them out:
What we see in these images are what post apocalyptic life in the TLOU world looks like. For context, in The Last of Us, a virus known as Cordyceps appears around 2013 and turns people into what they call the Infected. 20 years later, surviving brothers Joel and Tommy help 14 year old Ellie navigate to safety. The Mandalorian and Game of Thrones actor Pedro Pascal will play Joel, fellow Game of Thrones alum Bella Ramsey will play Ellie and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D actor Gabriel Luna will play Tommy.
